I am thankful, and humbled to see the dawn of another year.
I've been wanting to cook breakfast on my new griddle, today was the day.
Helping the hash browns along.
Before the eggs went on, and got stuck, it was time to try a trick I read about, somewhere.
Pour a little water on the hot griddle, and the gunk will scrape off.
It worked like a charm!
Not the prettiest cheese omelette I've ever made, but it will do.
32 degrees out, sunny, and no wind, so I breakfasted outside.
A very tasty start to 2014!
Note to the butter-nuts, real butter on the biscuits.
Note to Mr Lampe, a little Sriracha on the hash browns.
