Simple Saturday's cook.
I started with stuffed mushrooms (yes, Mr. Bob Correll inspired me).
Oil-coated mushrooms stuffed - French cheese Tomme des Pyrénées, bacon on the top, ground pepper.

White sausages and paprika sausages as accompaniment

I bought a package of meat labeled Flank Steak, unwrapped ...
... no flank steak but flap steak, it seems ... I don't know.

the meat was marinated overnight:
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped

action on the grill

Wow! What a beautiful cook and perfect pictures. I have never considered burritos on the grill before but now I will. Thank you for sharing.

WOW!!!! That LOOKS better than AWESOME..... You had me at the shrooms..... and send me over with the Burritos... Actually they look like Wrapped Fajitas... But I bet they were tasty.

Yes, they are burritos. Very, very good looking burritos. As always, great food, and great pics. Thanks for the inspiration.

Mildo, those burritos look amazing! I've don't the same type of wrap, but never grilled them like that...I'm going to try them next time.

Flank ... Flap ... What's the difference... Mildo, I know you could make leather DELICIOUS!!
Great post my friend!!
I hope all is well with you!

You take some of the best pics, and your subjects are always mouthwatering, well done as usual fine Sir!!!!

Looks great ! A restaurant chain around here years ago used to make "twice grilled BBQ burritos"
They would make burrito and finish wrapped burrito on grill with a BBQ sauce glaze ... I will be taking ur cook as inspiration and making those very soon!

I don't know, Mildo...they might look like burritos in the photo, but I'll have to insist that you send me some samples for me to confirm ;)

Great cooking as usual!
