Brats a New Way and Marinara and Meatballs

Planned on doing brats for dinner although I felt the way I was doing them was I missing something. I saw Cliffs tread on brats and basically I was doing mine almost the same but without cooking the peppers in butter and he was leaving his brats in the pepper mixture a little longer then I was.
So I decided to give his method a try.
That was it the best brats I’ve made. The peppers were cooked more and the butter and the dark beer gave them a great taste.
The side was home fries with EVOO and Trader Joes 21 Seasoning Salute and garlic powder.

Also a few days earlier I made some marinara sauce on the performer for future use and decided to make some meatballs to go with it.
Used 80/20 and our homemade pork sausage for the meatballs baked the meatballs for twenty minutes then finished them in the sauce. Served over fettucine.
Came out really good.

Great job on those Brats Rich. I know those were delicious. Love to have a plate of those meatballs and marinara sauce too.
 
Two super duper cooks on one post!
Jo's BP is a bit high, so I cook with little salt and she adds Morton's Lite salt too.
