A couple of fantastic looking cooks!!! How do you keep your cutting boards so white on your grill? Mine always look a little dingy and I never use them as cutting boards.

Thanks guys!

I don't know John, I rarely use them... I'm thinking of replacing them with real wood cutting boards, either maple or oak.

Is that a 26? The smokey joe? in the background looks really small
Greg, the chicken was cooked on the 22.5 WSM and the small Smoky Joe is used to start the charcoal with the help of a chimney.

Red Oak on a Santa Maria Steak and good ole BBQ Bird. I think back 6 months: This and all that green makes it all go away.

Nice relaxing grilling (without stress - I have the feeling:))!
BH Bird and SM eyes looks awesome as always!!!

Your eyes on the Maria are a tasty eyeful!
And that beautiful bird reminds me to sauce my next chicken, haven't done that for a long time.
