I don't know John, I rarely use them... I'm thinking of replacing them with real wood cutting boards, either maple or oak.How do you keep your cutting boards so white on your grill? Mine always look a little dingy and I never use them as cutting boards.
Greg, the chicken was cooked on the 22.5 WSM and the small Smoky Joe is used to start the charcoal with the help of a chimney.Is that a 26? The smokey joe? in the background looks really small
