Beer.

However, they’re very popular right now and breweries are selling them by the barrels. I recall a local brewer that swore he’d never brew or sell one. His sales quickly dropped because he wasn’t offering what the consumer wanted. Today, that brewery got a new brewer and they offer a few varieties of ‘hazies’. Sales have skyrocketed.
That's a problem with starting any food business..... not what you want, it's what the customer wants. And sometimes ya just gotta suck it up, buttercup.

Happy Saturday everyone.

Went to one of Harland Brewing's tap rooms in the Bay-Ho/Morena area of San Diego. Never been. We first stopped at my favorite butcher shop, Siesel's Meats, to pick up steaks for Sunday, grabbed one of their deli sandwiches and walked over to Harlands to check them out.

I thought for sure it would be crowded at noon on a Friday - nope. Quiet, couple of others with their beers. Got a flight and came home with a couple of their beers to enjoy at home.
