Had some Flanken Rib in the freezer and decided to put something together tonight for me and the CEO
Used some Stone Ground Mustard as a base, some Worcestershire Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce along with plenty of garlic and slices of Jalapeno for the marinade, in the fridge turned a few times for a few hours. Oh yea, Scallions also
Set up the OTG with a C snake with Apple Wood, on the smoke at 275 for a few hours
Meat pulled at toothpick time, baby potatoes been on for about an hour, seasoned well and looking good, I soon pulled them and finished them under the broiler as it was taken to long at this temp
Your plate, with some Portabellas done in a CI on the stove and my garlic bread and garden tomatoes
Time for a cocktail and cigar
