Had some Flanken Rib in the freezer and decided to put something together tonight for me and the CEO
Used some Stone Ground Mustard as a base, some Worcestershire Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce along with plenty of garlic and slices of Jalapeno for the marinade, in the fridge turned a few times for a few hours. Oh yea, Scallions also

Set up the OTG with a C snake with Apple Wood, on the smoke at 275 for a few hours

Meat pulled at toothpick time, baby potatoes been on for about an hour, seasoned well and looking good, I soon pulled them and finished them under the broiler as it was taken to long at this temp

The flanken ribs, sides and after dinner dessert:) look fantastic, Bill.

Love the pics of the Old Mill. We have a few that look similar around this area as well. Curious as to what lens you are using with the new camera? Your photos are wonderful.

Nice cook my friend. Those ribs are meaty!!!

Cool cigar. I looked it up and it has great reviews.

Yes Jim a combined five exposures, both of them are. I love it, lets me photograph all I can actually see. This camera lets me do it with ease

Great looking plate Bill and I think you're giving to much credit to the camera and not enough to your own talent, great photographs!

Great cook Bill! I have some beef ribs in the freezer - I might just have to give those a shot this weekend. Love your pics too...

Regards,

John

My words!

Thanks for the bonus in the form of pictures of the mill. Beautiful !!! The human eye is the best sensor and using HDR is a method for improved reproduction. Bravo Bill!!!
Jim is very attentive;)

For these I used my 28-80 Nikon 3.5-5.6, an older lens I have had since my film cameras
