BBQ Chicken with Bourbon-Bacon Sauce

Did some drums and thighs marinated in a bourbon bacon sauce also used as a basting sauce. This was from the Weber book Weber’s On the Grill Chicken and Sides.
Barb made a red potato onion and bell pepper side dish in the CI pan. She also made a Caprice plate salad.
Used a couple of pieces of cherry for a lite smoke.
It was very good, great flavors and a pretty easy mid-week dinner.

I did that sauce on bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. It was pretty good. That chicken sure looks good.
