Today is my lovely wife’s 70th birthday and I can truly say she is the youngest 70 year old if every been around, the energizer bunny wouldn’t stand a chance next to her.
So for breakfast we were going to go out but where we wanted to go there was a big event going on so she elected to postpone it a few days.
So I asked what she wanted to do and it was have me make breakfast on our new griddle, so that’s what I did.
Bacon, eggs and hash browns. First time for me doing breakfast on it and it worked great.

but I don't feel a day over eighty! :)
