Decided to try the Weber balsamic glazed pork chop recipe tonight…on the Performer. Recipe link: http://www.weber.com/recipes/pork/brined-pork-chops-with-balsamic-glaze-and-grilled-potato-fries

I've never done a balsamic glaze before, incredibly easy and VERY good. I found this dinner to be a real treat, everything was perfect. Pork was tender and juicy, balsamic glaze was foot-tappin' good, the fire-roasted peppers were very refreshing, and I always enjoy fresh green beans.

I consider this a consolation dinner for not getting the 26er food-ready this weekend. :) Still scrubbing on its food grate…

Shelia, Paul said it sooo good, I'm gonna say it too:D
From first picture to the last Sheila everything is perfect.

Terrific looking chops and great pictures, Sheila! I love reduced balsamic...nice balance of sweet and sour.

Sheila, that is my favorite recipe and you did it real good ! And green beans are a long time favorite of mine.

Balsamic glazed chops is my favorite. Looks very very tasty. Well done Sheila!
Try reverse sear method, you will like it too.

Sheila great looking meal.

For all you who love balsamic vinager, came across this little trick

1/3 C balsamic
1 T sugar
1 T port

Simmer on low heat to reduce by 1/2

Turns inexpensive vinegar into an expensive tasting one*
