Baja Shrimp Cocktail and Shrimp Tacos

In a CI skillet cooked up some shrimp in some Cajun seasoning and warmed up some tortillas


Earlier I made some Ceviche, cooked shrimp, lime, cucumber, tomato, celery, garlic, cilantro, vinegar and oregano, onion, and jalapeno.


Put some of the Ceviche in a Margarita glass, added diced avocado, lime, Tapatio hot sauce and Clamato juice for a shrimp Cocktail.
Shrimp tacos had grilled shrimp in a corn tortilla, cabbage, sour cream/ Chiptole sauce, and some salsa.




 
The tacos are insanely amazing. No dis to the shrimp cocktail but the tacos stole the show
 
Nice job John.
I had a similar meal last night but yours looks better and I bet it was delicious.
 
John....another great cook and beautiful pictures, I sure wished I lived closer to you I'd be over for dinner all of the time, but I would supply the beer!
