Bacon!!

Cured and smoked up 17 pounds of bacon. Got it sliced and packaged last night. Did a mix of hickory and apple wood for smoke.

Thanks for the compliments. Sadly, these are mostly gifts. I also homebrew and for the last couple of years I've given my adult christmas list a 22 ounce bomber of my 10.5 percent Christmas Ale and a pound of bacon. I was tied up with family stuff for the holidays so it is tad late this year.

Looks great. I wish I was that efficient about routinely slicing & packaging mine.

FYI.....I use an Ikea SS pot lid "organizer" (it accordians) to get 30+ pounds (3 full Costco slabs) into my 18.5" WSM. Works well.
