Choose one or more reasons for me buying a large bag of frozen chicken nuggets at Costco.

Shopping on an empty stomach
The panko breading pic on the bag made them look extra good
They accidentally fell in my cart
Well they did look good, haven't eaten a nugget in years, so I thought they would be a quick meal when I didn't feel like cooking.
But the taste was boooring!
Rather than return them and get tossed (some chickens gave up their lives for these things)
I decided to see if I could jazz them up.
Partially defrosted, dipped in Texas Pete's hot sauce, bacon wrapped, and hit with pepper.
I cannot tell a lie, they were damn good!
This was an experiment, next time I'll make more, and do some without sauce for Jo.
Sunday our son and wife came for FD, and I made spares and chicken thighs.
Basted with a mix of apple juice and Wicker's.
Thighs grilled like RSC, but basted with Wicker's marinade.
5 hrs. later.

Daughter and clan came Tuesday to celebrate FD, and Jo's recent birthday.

A sirloin steak, and a 22 hour sous vide on a couple of boneless chuck short ribs.
And some burnt ends from a frozen point from the whole packer I cooked for Smoke Day.
