Hi G,g,g,ang - Not Wisconsin cold, but almost...



We've had snow(!) and sub freezing temps for a week now, quite unusual for our neck of the woods. We were going to have company tonight, canceled due to the crappy roads. Still, I got the steaks: the show must go on! Top Sirloins dusted w/ Szeged & A#1 dry rubs



CI mixed veggies are next: turnip, garlic, carrot, Delicata squash and b. sprouts



Did I mention it was cold and snowy?



Honestly, Square Red isn't usually exposed to the elements: that drifting snow sure can blow... She started right up with one snap of the ignitor. Who loves Weber? We do! CI veggies are lookin' good, 'shrooms and onion are on up front

Back inside where it's warmer






and a little more warmth to assist while typing



A new bourbon for me, and right from the back yard. Tasty stuff (as I head off for a second). Keep warm ya'll and I'll see ya later!

Brian that's a great picture of the plated food & i bet it tasted just as good as it look's too.

You are one cooking Fool out there my Friend, that plate is fabulous. I love the Szeged Spices too. Some day Bud we got to get together and compare Bourbon notes.
 
Looks like everything thawed out nicely!! Great looking cold weather cook..like your antifreeze too!!
