Long time no see.
I have not had the energy needed to post anything, and to be honest, I have used my grills much less this year than before.
Today I used my grill with the rottisserie to make dinner. Just a couple of pictures, no plated picture, but here it goes. It's better than no pictures at all.
The cut in question is from free range pigs that have lived high up in the mountains during the summer, and then butchered locally at the farm. The meat is very tender, juicy and full of flavour.
Ready to go. Just salt, pepper and some BBQ mix
One and a half hours later
Notice how white the meat is. It looks more like chicken than pork
Thank you for your time.
