Adding Needed Room For All The Toys.

Some pictures of our patio extension. With two big gas Weber’s and the Weber Charcoal Performer and the Mini plus the Q and lets not leave out the cart I built from an old Weber on our small patio there wasn’t much room to move.
We got the flagstone for free from a friend of ours so all we had to do was buy some blocks for the retaining wall and some sand to set the flagstone in. The Malibu lights were leftovers from another project so no cost there. I think it came out nice, the performer and the cart and maybe the Q will live on the new patio.

Not only can Barb run a grill like an ace she can build a parking spot for it.

Thanks for taking a look.

Looks great but won't the flagstone get pretty dang hot in AZ?

We live in northern AZ in the mountains we're over 5000 feet. Only hits 100 maybe two or three times in the summer average is around the mid 80s.

But we do get this in the winter

Thanks to all for the nice compliments, it's been a tuff three years moving three times and going from a 2600 sq ft home to 1600 most of all losing 600 sq ft of garage hurt. But due to health issues it had to be done and we love our little low maintenance home. Best of all we got to keep our cooking toys and had room to expand as needed.

Great job, Rich. Your addition is beautiful. Sounds like you live in some beautiful country. I spent some time in the south/east part of Arizona, Ft. Huachuca.
