A Different Twist on Yakitori

Decided to try a new twist on Yakitori chicken for dinner with a bacon and spice rub then basted with a mixture of bourbon and BBQ sauce. ABT’s for appetizers and sides will be homemade potato salad and corn on the bone.
Ingredients for salad followed with ABT’s and corn.

Then the lineup for the bacon rub paste witch gets blended in a food processor.
