3 hour beef ribs.

Cooked some beef ribs on sunday here's how I did em. I used a Memphis style rub. Here is the recipe. 3T paparika, 2t red chili flakes, 2t mustard seed, 3t coarse salt, 2t pepper, 2t brown sugar, 1 t celery salt, 1t garlic powder, 1t onion powder, 1tdried oregano, 1t cumin. I would name the book I copied this out of but I don't want to break any copyright laws.

I smoked the ribs at 250 for 2 hours then I wrapped them in foil and added brown sugar, tiger sauce, and orange soda.

Cooked the ribs for another hour then removed and brushed with bbq sauce and finished for a few minutes on the genesis.

Besides ribs we had rice pilaf and green beans. Ribs were very meaty and had a nice spicy, sweet flavor.
 
Mmmm beef ribs. Nicely done! The folks at Sanpellegrino may differ on your opinion of what
a soda is;). If you have not tryed it yet, try the Blood Orange and the Mandarin from them, good stuff.
