That looks good! Been thinking about doing a turkey also. Got two in the freezer so will have to do one soon. I'll either smoke it or cook it on the roti in the Performer.

That's a hook for a turkey fryer. I saw a video for a PBC turkey and a special hanging rig and told SWMBO I can do that with what I have. Worked great. Very moist and tender with a nice crisp skin.
