Great looking TT Chuck. Wish it was that cheap here, except for Costco it's hard to find in these parts.

That looks really good, especially with the fire roasted effect! I'm going to have to file that cooking method in the "to-do" folder!

Great looking Tri tip! Our local restaurant supply has the bulk currently priced at $2.55, The peeled is just under $3. Hope fully it stays that low, if so it's going to be a tri tip year!
