Like before marinade in the Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning for 24 hours (I may never change this)
Fire roasted in my WSM over white Oak

Great looking Tri tip! Our local restaurant supply has the bulk currently priced at $2.55, The peeled is just under $3. Hope fully it stays that low, if so it's going to be a tri tip year!
