    New Project Suggestions

    I have thought about that also but with just one grill. For the top I would use plywood with cement board on top of that. Should be plenty for the heat and would good to lay the tiles on.

    I don't get it, but I really like it

    I do it all the time with lump. In my experience when I close all the vents the lump stops burning much faster then Kinsford leaving me more for the next cook.

    BBQ Chicken Pizza

    Made a couple of pizzas last night but the BBQ chicken was the best. Homemade sauce and dough. Cooked a couple of spathcock chickens up the other night and used some leftover meat for the pizza. There really is no comparison when you make pizza on the grill vs any other method.
