    What if I don't foil the water pan?

    I don't know about Chris but the only reason I foil the bottom of the pan is to keep it clean (yes, I guess I am anal). I don't change it every time I do a cook, I leave the same foil on for many cooks.

    Tough Ribs (again)

    It seems to me like you might have overcooked them. If they were done when you put them in the oven then the 250 oven temp. will continue to cook them. If my ribs are finished before we are ready to eat I wrap them in foil and then newspaper and put them in a cooler. They will stay hot for hours...

    Dennis, sorry if I sound dumb but what is OTA and IPTV? And also some of you said to make sure the dish is installed correctly. How would I know? They could tell me anything and I wouldn't know the difference.
