That chicken looks really good Kemper. Could go for one of those plates right now. As John mentioned the chicken has great color and looks nice and crispy. Thanks for the 14 Spice recipe too. I printed it out. Will give it a try for sure. Here's the link if anyone else is interested.
Nice way to do those quarters Kemper. We are eating a lot more chicken now and I'm always looking for new ideas. I also like trying new rubs and sauces so with a little tweaking I can use this one as a low salt rub.
