Could be another "Stacker" that I'll never use. In fact I have owned my Pro-Q stacker for 2 years now and have not used it once. Maybe I need to have bigger parties!!

Dale, Looks fantastic!!! It's hard to find tri-tip here in Maryland. From what I can see, that's a great looking WSM set up you have there (with the tile inset and the granite top). Wouldn't mind seeing a broader shot of the whole set-up.

Larry, With all of that cooking going on, Nick may never leave!!!! Outstanding ribs and shrimp. Those shrimp look nice and spicey. I also second the "how many beers I have had" timing method.
