    I love pizza on the kettle. I always put the dough right on the grate. I set up a 2 zone fire and make the doughs small enough to handle. Like a personal pizza. Oil the dough throw it on flip re oil then everyone gets whatever toppings they want on their pizza. Don't give up on your pizza

    Welcome, I actually got a 670 last year so maybe I can help you out. The sear station is awesome. I preheat the grill with most burners on including the sear station. Then put my steak on for about a min a side. If someone wants their steak cooked longer I just turn down the heat off to the side...

    General Baby Back Rib Questions

    Make the 3 stage ribs if you want a fall off the bone tender rib. I made them last weekend and it was by far the best ribs I've ever had.

    Don, Im assuming you have a gasser with a sear burner. I've been doing some steaks on my S670's sear burner. I love it. I really only use the sear burner to cook t-bones, ribeyes that are about 1- 1/2'' thick. Fire up the grill full blast with the sear burner on. 2 minutes a side and they're...

    Considering A New Summit

    I just got a S670 last saturday. It is great. Just spend the few extra bucks now and not have to worry about another gas grill. I haven't had a chance to use the rotisserie or sear station but I'm sure they will be great. The Sear station gets HOT!
