Last night's zucchini carrot casserole, recipe here.
I added some leftover smoked chicken breast, garlic powder, onion powder, and Weber Steak & Chop seasoning. Plus I used a yellow, and a green zuke.

In a 10 x 10 pan, recipe calls for an 8 x 8.
After about an hour on the Performer running 350. (pan swapped around a few times)
We both thought it was okay, not great.
It needed a kick, so I topped mine with hot sauce.
If you try this, I would spice it up a bit, peppers?? (my wife won't eat anything with peppers)
Today is Brooke's 6th birthday, so we had a hot dog lunch.
Spiral dogs on, along with my cornbread skillet with bacon, still working on seasoning it.

She held pretty well until I told her to get it.
