Wolfe's Sriracha Wings, yum!

So, picked up the wings and had the ingredients in house.

those wings sure are good but they sure make a mess of your grill too!!!

Like, who cares?;) I just burn them off when I start up the next cook.

That cook looks WONDERFUL! I keep switching back and forth between Wolfe's Orange Mamalade Sriracha Sauce and Walkerswood Jerk chicken. They are both terrific and I can't honestly say I like one better than the other. They both give me MUCH satisfaction!! My guests love them, too! As you've heard me say before, I am grilling all of my chicken parts using the "Hot and Fast" method on my WSM's with no water pan. 350 degrees at 45+minutes with one flip and a couple of saucing and I get extra crisp skin and a VERY stressless cook! I love it!

Rob I do the same thing with my WSM and it works great, I am just a habitual grill man and for quick cooks I end up there a lot.
 
Great looking wings Bill, need to try something like that. Mind sharing the recipe?

Bill never mind I had another senior brain fart...Barb has Larry's recipe.
