...shovel out the Weber! Not a lot, but got our first real snow accumulation today.

Carne asada, onions, red pepper, shi****o peppers on the kettle. Black beans, rice and avocado, so good

wow, looks great..............fyi, we had 108" of snow in December and it's still coming down in January......

I love using the grill in the winter but it eats up my charcoal pretty quick.......might have to break it out today.
 
You are a brave man. 7AM and it is 50* and I really don't want to leave the house. Of course, I can grill and smoke year round in SoCal. As I said, you and all who have to deal with snow and freezing winters are very brave in my book.

Looks like a little "Mental Trip" South of the Border...

That and a little spicy stuff and some cold Cerveza or Tequila drinks will help to ward-off the Winter Blahs
