Wings and Ernie D's Kettle Fried Mushrooms

No biggie, just some SB snacks.
I miss Ernie's posts, hope he sees this and comes back for a visit.
His 'fried' mushroom recipe is here and it's a keeper!

Icy table keeping my Bloody Mary cold.
Wings brined, then a dose of Mrs Dash.

Small piece of hickory for smoke.

On with the 'shrooms.

Snack sample with just a dab of Frank's on the wings.

At least the food was good.

I've been taking a break, and have missed some posts.
It's great that it's so busy here now, but for me it can sometimes be overwhelming trying to keep up.

Hey Mike,
I think Ernie's "4 eggs" is more than needed. I used 2, and whipped in maybe 2 Tbs. of mayo with them.
