Wings and ABTs

Neighbor invited us over...told we didn't need to bring anything...so we made some wings and ABTs. Did the ABTs on the mini WSM, and the wings on the grill. Used wine barrel oak on the ABTs, and packets of soaked cherry chips on the wings. Wings had a Cornell chicken marinade, flipped every 20 minutes and glazed with the SBR sweet chili sauce.

Looks great. Were you using a vortex while cooking the wings? I am going to order one soon just for cooking wings.

Nope. Don't have a vortex...yet! Just had all of the coals in the baskets in the center. When I flipped the wings I flipped end over end. Let me know how they work with the vortex when you get it though!
