So for the Fish, which are Blackfish caught this winter by my fishing partner Jeff Z, fresh ground Coriander in my wood mortar, ground cumin, chopped Cilantro and Szedged hot paprika.

For the topping in the Molcajete, Chili Di Arbol's fresh, Cilantro, Scallion, Avocado, fresh lime juice, four cloves of garlic and some Kosher to taste

Avocado, Cilantro Lime and Salt added along with half a diced tomato

Fish on the Genny

Tostadas smeared with a little Black Bean and Garlic Sauce and toasted on the Genny for a couple of minutes

I'd eet five AT LEAST!
 
Nice job on the togs. I've always had the opinion that blackfish are the best tasting "in shore" fish in NJ's coastal waters. I'd like to get out for some codfish if the weather would give us a break soon. (If it hasent been 1 degree... the winds were blowing 30+ mph. Boats are constantly canceling).
