Got some nice Tilapia filets, decided to do a in foil cook. I call them my hot pockets. I know, I have issues. Fresh Dill from our garden we are drying.

Delicious looking cook, Bill. Love fish cooked in foil. Used to do that while camping, just wrap and throw on campfire. Nothing as elaborate as yours though. That plate is fantastic.

Looks great! Another thing to try is use salsa on the fish. Ten at the end of the cook open up the foil and add grated cheese. Serve with all the usual taco fixings. Makes for some awesome fish tacos!
