Well...I guess any boar is wild? Anyways..
Todays dinner:
Wild boar(shot by my FIL/and cut up by a trusted butcher and tested...Otehrwise dont follow my temps) marinated in chimichurri...Served with the Original cooked Hasselbacks/chanterelle´s and a red wine sauce.(not like these can stand up to a bacon infused ones..But hey!)
Sauce started...And actually the only pic. i could have sworn i got a finished pic. A well
On the Grill:
Taters(HB) is getting there(basted with butter every 10 min):
Boar is done/rested(pulled @ 155f)...And sliced:
Plated:
Some good eats 4 sure...Emilie and the boys loved it.
Me? not so mutch...I have a hard time with anything wild.
Not my cup´ó´tea...Beef or Pork next time.
