Santa's Sleigh arrived a few days late, he was very busy this year. But when he got here he dropped off a couple of nice bags of this:
The wife got some C legs ready, seasoned with pepper, garlic & Webers Rib & chicken rub. And wrapped in our home made bacon. Got to give this Wicked lump a try. I keep hearing how great this lump is.
Filled the rotten egg with the new lump, started a little bit of it in the chimney on my performer grill. The smell is very light & nice. Chicken legs are on and will give it a shot. Will smoke these at 300 for a couple of hours.
Legs 2 hours later. They cooked up fantastic on the Wicked Good Lump.

I munched onto this leg and the flavor was fantastic. The meat cooked very nicely. The skin was the most golden brown and edible that I have ever had on legs. My wife also agreed on all these accounts. As my final review I give Wicked Good Lump a "A". In the past I have tried cowboy lump, RO lump & green egg lump, the best of these is RO & Green egg, actually the same lump just different bags. My wife says these lumps smell like train smoke. It smells the same in Durango when they are starting up the train. She says the Wicked Good smells like light cigar smoke. Much more mild & sweeter smelling. Now if it last 4-5 times longer as it is suppose to it will be well worth the shipping that Santa paid for it to get here. Might have to have Santa do this every year. Well hope that you enjoyed our Wicked Good Lump review. If your looking for something different it is worth the shipping to try it. Definitely grill goat approved.
