What's on tap/brew schedule?

I currently have the following on tap: Pliny The Elder clone (IPA) , Great Lakes Christmas Ale clone (Winter Seasonal), Blueberry Cider, Czech Dark Lager.

I am an all-grain brewer using a cooler mashtun with an electric rims and boil kettle fueled by natural gas.

Bottled my saison this morning, busy boiling now for a new batch to go on existing trub.
Bottled simple cider yesterday

Here’s my Int’l Amber Lager. I call it Ying Ling. It doesn’t hold its head long but it’s a tasty pint.

My simple cider is tasting better by the day, but almost finished.
I'm doing well with my saison made with pilsner malt. I'm letting them sit....
They are real real nice :)

You all are making me thirsty! I my attempt at a death and taxes clone just finished it's d-rest and went into the keg. I'm so lazy I don't transfer to secondary anymore and just lager in the keg.

Bob I'll be interested to hear how you like those triumph pellets. Sounds like a tasty brew.
Finally!
Just getting around to posting tasting results from my Triumph Pale Ale. I find a variety of fruit flavors that are very pleasing to the palate. Think this hop would be a nice flavor/aroma addition to almost any WCIPA, APA or just about any other American Ale. Not a great single hop showing for this style, due to it adding almost nothing to perceived bitterness but thinking it would be nice in a Cream Ale or even an American lager. Will definitely work it into several of my recipes as a late boil, whirlpool and/or dry hop addition.

Game time..... I floated my cream ale keg, and need to make up something. Whatever it is, it should be interesting.....

It's not quite a SMASH, but close. Brewtarget says around 84 IBUs, and a 5.0% ABV, with an FG of 1.012, so there should be just a bit of residual sweetness. Plan is to brew next weekend.

Here’s my Golden Ale. (Golden Promise, Wheat Malt, C40. 24 IBU(s) Apollo in the boil and 2 oz in the whirlpool.) I tried Cellar Science English yeast but didn’t get much response as quickly as I thought an English Ale yeast should take off so added Nottingham which took off like a rocket ship to get the job done.
