Ribs rubbed and on the smoker .. Garlic ,smoked paprika and Rama Rub ...my go to rub of choice lately !!! More pics soon

That's some juicy looking ribs! Process?
Rub ribs overnight , onto smoke at 220 -230 for the first two hours , then let it go to 270 for the next two hours .. At that two hour mark , I also stack them rotating the position top to bottom every half hour till they are done ( usually around another 2 -2-1/2 hours) ..Since I had only 1rack I had cut the rack in half before cooking ... They self baste and come out very juicy .. I added some glaze to these the last half hour . These were done in a little over 4 hours..
