Ribs rubbed and on the smoker .. Garlic ,smoked paprika and Rama Rub ...my go to rub of choice lately !!! More pics soon


Rub ribs overnight , onto smoke at 220 -230 for the first two hours , then let it go to 270 for the next two hours .. At that two hour mark , I also stack them rotating the position top to bottom every half hour till they are done ( usually around another 2 -2-1/2 hours) ..Since I had only 1rack I had cut the rack in half before cooking ... They self baste and come out very juicy .. I added some glaze to these the last half hour . These were done in a little over 4 hours..That's some juicy looking ribs! Process?
