I’ve had the Vortex for a few weeks but haven’t had the chance to use it yet. So today was the day.
Getting ready.
Wings marinaded in EVOO, Thai garlic rub. Thighs marinaded in soy, ginger, Mirin & sesame oil, & a chunk of maple.

Getting Hot!!
30 minutes in, and basted with homemade bbq sauce.
50 minutes……..done! I went to an IT of 165f. Meat fell off the bone, crispy skin. This vortex rocks!
