First off thank you very much TonyUK for sending me The Chili Jam Man's Garlic Chili Jam all the way from the UK. Your the Man, with a great sense of humor and some tasty cooks to boot.

I didn't know what to do with the unique flavor of the garlic chili jam, so i did this last weekend.

My usual rubs and the garlic chili jam mixed with some honey on some WSM smoked 2-1-1 baby back ribs.
What a great flavor spicy and sweet.
Threw in some spicy chicken thighs and game on.

TonyUK your a class act, thank you again for your generosity.

AHHHH Thats all folks:cool:

Firstly, you're welcome & thanks for the kind words Jeff. :o And glad that you like the Garlic Chili Jam.

That's a grate looking flavour profile for those ribs. Kudos. How was the heat?

I haven't tried the Garlic Chili Jam yet. Only the Scotch Bonnet, Bhut Jolokia, the Smoky & the Rib-Tickler #2. All are very, very good & fantastic with cheese & biscuits, (crackers). I did try the Reaper's Revenge when I was at Grillstock.
That stuff is HOT.

Yep, Tony is the right sort! He sent me some tandoori seasoning and we have discussed methods for its use too.
I made up some dry rub with equal parts BSugar and tandoori seasoning, it was....Brilliant!
Thanks pal.

Tony the heat was just right for me, as i really don't like hot hot stuff. I'm going to mix the garlic chile jam with some mayonnaise and put it on some burgers next.

You are correct, Tony is the right sort for sure.

Thanks again.

Grate stuff Jeff. Again , those ribs sound..........fab!!
I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Hit me up if you need a re-fill. No worries.
This is what this website is all about. Sharing and having fun.
I'm the same as you, hot hot isn't fun. A bit of heat to tickle the taste buds is just right.

Jeff that is one awesome cook your doing and it all looks delicious. That Chilli Jam does sound interesting for sure.

That's a game day thread if I ever saw one. Very nice Jeff. I remember Tony's original post with the Chili Jam. Made a comment about it and he offered to send me a jar too. He's a good man for sure.
