Two Simple Dinners with Chicken

TVWBB Hall of Fame
Decided on Roadside Chicken and this here is the lineup. Marinade for 4 to 5 hours then cooked with apple wood for smoke on the performer. Basted with marinade a few times during the cook.
Side dishes were salt & pepper baker along with corn done with EVOO, butter and Weber’s salt free steak seasoning.
All done and plated and was it delicious.

Next up chicken stir fry done on the gasser since it decided to start raining again. Used chicken thighs with our low sodium marinade. Cut up a verity of different veggies with a little Yoshida’s for marinade. When it was done placed over rice and it was awesome and easy.

Simple, easy and they both look tasty! Nice work Barb! Lucky Rich, my wife won't come within 10 feet of any of our grills.;)
