Turkey breast for slicing

Picked up a Butterball boneless turkey breast a few weeks back and finally got around to cookin' it! Seasoned liberally with a blend of Tony C's Creole, McK's perfect pinch rotisserie chicken and McK's Montreal chicken. No brine as BB already has some solution in it...

Cooked indirect on the OTS with KBB and cherry chips at about 325 until IT of 160.

Pulled, foiled and rested. Then in the fridge overnight and sliced the next day. Made for perfect sandwiches all week - nice little spice and mild smoke flavor.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Makes great Sammie's for sure Jim...I do this quite often when Costco starts
Carrying the roasts...wish they did all year! I also usually toss on a top round roast and slice that up too!

Looks yummy!
