Tri-Tip Tacos

Hello all in BBQ land, I hope you are all safe in these awful times, so far so good here. Weekly groceries are 150% of what they were, and even worse is that we're only able to get half of what we would normally buy. I imagine it's the same for you all, lets hope this ends soon

I picked up a pretty decent Tri-Tip, my son trimmed it up and put it in the marinade for me, it soaked for about 15 hours. The Akorn Jr was given the job

Very tasty, the bride made homemade guac, it was wonderful

Darth Vader is not happy during the lockdown and wants it to end soon
