Tri-Tip Tacos with Chipotle Rub

We don't do tri-tip too often, but while at the store on Thursday this thing caught my eye. The marbling was out of control.

I didn't really have a game plan, but with the NCAA's, tacos seemed about right -

started by grilled up some onions and Anaheims on the gasser...

Then tossed him on - rubbed him down with chipotle, coriander, fennel seed, cumin seed, pepper corn, kosher salt, brown sugar and mustard seed

One of our dogs sticking her tongue out at me!

Slice into it - Really, I got to say this thing was pretty amazing.

tacos, some beer and two great hoop games - not too shabby for a rainy Saturday!
