Had some nice Chicken Breast in the brine all day and sliced them in half in thick slices, dressed in something I never used on chicken but wanted to try. Chef Merito. It was good, drizzled with some EVOO too.

Are you sure your not Mexican?????

You my friend cook 1,000,000 times better than some family members that I have. No way near your skill level.

Now I have something new to cook. Just what I needed. Great looking plate Bill. Your creativity is inspiring!

Very nice spread!!! Have you tried Chef Meritos pollo seasoning? I like it way better than the carne seasoning.

Real tasty looking dinner Bill! I am thinking I need to order some Chef Meritos. Haven't seen it down here
and by the way everyone talks about it, it has to be good.
