Tostado's with a Twist

Had some nice Chicken Breast in the brine all day and sliced them in half in thick slices, dressed in something I never used on chicken but wanted to try. Chef Merito. It was good, drizzled with some EVOO too.

Indirect on the OTG and then a quick sear

Done and heading in, a nice brew tonight

Diced garlic, jalapeno, Mex onion in the Molcajete getting smashed. Then some cilantro, Haas Avocado, lime juice and salt

The sauce is my Mex Red Sauce I made last week, your plate, enjoy

I guess you just answered my question I was going to ask if you used the Carne Asada or the Chicken seasoning from Chef Merito..... I just picked up a container of each.
