Took the WSM to work today


 
That was a great thing to do! It must be a bit challenging to do that away from home. Looks like you were on the money, too! Ribs look GREAT!

My favorite part of it was that most of them skipped the sauce and almost everyone said they were the best ribs they had ever eaten. I could probably quit my job and show up with the smoker in the parking lot and pay my bills for a while.
 
good looking cook. Any reason you have the WSM door upside down? I wish my work would allow a BBQ lunch!
 
sometimes I have it upside down, sometimes it's not. This is actually my 2nd/spare WSM that I picked up off Craigslist and my first time using it. I tried the door both ways to see which way fit better.
