Took the WSM to work today

6 racks of ribs for the office. I got there a few minutes early to get it started and we took a late lunch. They brought sides and rib money. I think we'll do it again.

My favorite part of it was that most of them skipped the sauce and almost everyone said they were the best ribs they had ever eaten. I could probably quit my job and show up with the smoker in the parking lot and pay my bills for a while.

sometimes I have it upside down, sometimes it's not. This is actually my 2nd/spare WSM that I picked up off Craigslist and my first time using it. I tried the door both ways to see which way fit better.
