Was happy to feature our own Tony & Maribel and their carne asada recently on The Virtual Weber Gas Grill. If you have an idea for someone/something that deserves to be featured, please let me know.

Well deserved recognition for a great couple that contributes so much to this forum.
Actually Barb and I made Tony’s rice recipe last night served with our enchiladas

Great recipe, and a very nice collection of grills and smokers. And I like the picture (I didn't realize that Weber makes "selfie sticks"). ;)

wonderful article! Some of the list's finest folks - Great cooks; the passion they display in their craft is unparallelled -Tony provides support throughout the board to folks of all levels expertise with such a kind and helpful approach - I think we *all* have gone to school on their carna asada and bean recipes! Just humble good people.

Thanks everyone for your kind words.
If it wasn't for this site I would of never learned how to grill the correct way.
I have received lots of great advice from everyone past and current members.

Check out my first ever post....lol

I didn't know the difference between the flat and point. My plan was to cut in the middle so both my friend and I had a flat and point. Lol
