BUG = Big Ugly Brick

Not a big fan of taking my smoker apart to cook a Pizza, so I grabbed a brick

So I got "pick up pizza" figured out, time to make one from scratch

Back to the Giants game, tied in the 9th

I can't any boubles round the edges........ Just uniform ring of pasta. How was the pasta texture ? Do you are satisfied ? For me its a little crowded, but i repaet this is my personal taste !

It's a "take out / cook at home pizza." (Pappa Murphy's) because of that, they don't bubble much if at all. The texture is OK, again, it's a take out. Satisified....yeah for what it is, I'm satified. The "take out / cook at home pizzas" are half the price of "dine in" pizza. You can't beat going to a good pizza joint, but a couple large pizzas in a good pizza resturant would set you back at least $50USD just for the pizza.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say, there would be no comparing a "take out / cook at home pizza" to one bought or made in Rome, Italy :)

Some day, I hope to go to Italy, there's not a lot of places I much care to see, but Italy is one of those places

Looks great! There are several places that do those take out pizzas to go. Laugh if you will, but I've gotten them from Sam's Club and they're not half bad for the price.

Great looking Pizza Chuck!!! I've got my stone. Haven't done one yet, take out or from scratch. Got the itch though. Let's see, this post must have been right around the time Buster tied 'er up!

Looks good. We used to get an uncooked pizza from our favourite pizza joint Friday nights on the way to the cottage. It was quick and simple to do on the grill.

Nice pie Chuck!
We always get PM's in CO when we visit my son, finally got a couple parlors here, but they are not close to us.
